Due to SWP hitting the ground running after 6 months of launching, we’re looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our friendly, hardworking and dedicated Compliance team, based at our location in Chelmsford. You will support the team and managers with their administration, including:

  • Maintaining compliance documents (RTW, DBS and SWE checks)
  • Sending out candidate booking confirmations
  • Supporting the compliance team and managers with recruitment administration
  • Updating the compliance database
  • Understanding the basics of Social Work compliance
  • Dealing with all sorts of enquiries from candidates and colleagues, providing a great all-round administrative service

The candidate will be put through a mandatory NVQ, fully funded and salaried apprenticeship provider.
