Our candidates are important to us which means that working with Social Work Partners will be different to working with other agencies. As part of our commitment to those working in the public Sector, we offer:

Contributions towards your CPD – where those in our community have worked with us for a 6 month + period, we will provide a cash contribution to any CPD course that you wish to attend. 

Free online CPD courses – we will be running regular, relevant online and in-person sessions which are tailored to our communities need. These sessions are chaired by experts in their field and are free to attend. 

Access to “paid for online” resources – Where our community can’t attend events, we have pulled together a library of online self-learning and pre-recorded sessions to help support your learning and development.

Meet the Team events – We want our community to see, get to know and support each other. Using our network of nationwide offices, we will be holding “meet the team” where social work colleagues can network, engage with and support each other in person. Events will be held quartery

Annual party – to reward our community for all of their hard work, we will be holding an annual party to say thank you. Themes vary from year to year and we will be identifying a charity partner for each event so that we can give back to local causes. We will ask our community to nominate a charity partner
